Odisha Staff Selection Commission Recruitment 2016-2017 Details

• Name of Govt. Organization: Odisha Staff Selection Commission (SSC)

• Total Number of Vacant Posts: 363

• Posts: Junior Clerks (207) and Junior Assistants (156)

• Qualification Required: Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board with knowledge in basic computer skills. BCA/ MCA/ B.Tech degree holders are also eligible for these posts.

• Application Fee: Rupees 100 as a processing fee is required for General/ OBC category candidates. Applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD are exempted from such payment of processing fee.

• Age Limitations: The age of candidate must be lies between 18 to 32 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SEBC, SC, ST, all women candidates & for other refer notification.

• Payscale and Salary: Basic salary is 5200 INR + Grade Pay 1900 INR will be offered to the selected candidates.

• Selection Procedure: Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of written exam and skill test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. After written exam and interview, Odisha Staff Selection Commission will made a merit list of all those candidates who has qualified in written exam, skill test and interview.
